Few things in life are as challenging to design as a logo. A company logo is often a monumental task, despite the tiny size, because there are so many different things to think about. Sometimes it needs to look good against a black and white background. Often, it needs to look good rendered at both large and small sizes. The personality of the brand can often be enormously influenced by the design of the logo, and so that’s a huge consideration too. Despite it’s small canvas size, the logo is important – and customers will come into contact with it from almost everything the company creates, from adverts and websites to the product itself. Getting the logo right, is crucial. But it can also be important to create a logo that stands apart from competitors, and that’s instantly recognizable. Some logos do an exceptional job at this, by being that little bit more creative and unusual. I wanted to bring together a showcase of some of my favorite, fresh, creative and interesting logo designs that all do a great job of standing out and being a bit more innovative.
