Create an Elastic SVG Progress Loading Bar

How to create an Elastic SVG Progress loading bar will be shared which is implemented with SVG & TweenMax.

This is a progress button effect that’s based on Dribbble shot named “Download” by XJW. Creates a button that turns into a progress bar with an elastic effect. The button frights as an icon with an arrow. When you’ll click, it’ll animate into an amusing little line and a sticky label that specifies the download percentage.
